NO FCRA USE. This private site is not affiliated with government and is not a consumer reporting agency. Neither the site nor its advertising partners offers a service intended for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another Fair Credit Reporting Act purpose. Its function is to identify Christian County, Kentucky record sources.
1. What This Website Is
Christian County Criminal History is an independent reference. It neither stores official records nor performs official checks, obtains documents, or files requests for visitors.
Its content points to the Office of Christian Circuit Court Clerk, Christian County Sheriff and Jail, city police custodians, Kentucky State Police, AOC court-report products, corrections tools, and the KSP Sex Offender Registry. Independent search services may also appear.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Visitors agree to use the service lawfully and without interfering with others.
- Do not violate federal, Kentucky, or local law
- Do not threaten, stalk, intimidate, or harass another person
- Do not use content for an FCRA-regulated decision
- Do not seek unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or data
- Do not run automated scrapers, bots, or bulk collection tools
- Do not disrupt performance or another visitor's access
3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination
Information reached through the site may not be used to harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, discriminate against, or take vigilante action toward anyone. KSP registry information is published for public safety. Kentucky harassment and stalking laws can apply to misuse, and a registry warning does not authorize harmful contact.
4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
Christian County Criminal History produces no consumer report, credit report, or screening product and is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. Visitors must not use site or partner content to:
- Make a hiring or termination decision
- Evaluate a renter or housing application
- Set insurance eligibility or price
- Judge creditworthiness
- Determine eligibility where the FCRA governs the record use
When a regulated check is required, follow the official statutory process or select a provider that represents it complies with the FCRA.
5. No Legal Advice
Procedural summaries are educational and are not legal advice. They do not determine how a Christian County charge, warrant, conviction, court order, or Kentucky expungement rule applies to an individual matter. Consult a licensed Kentucky attorney for that analysis.
6. No Warranties
The site and all content are supplied "as is" and "as available." No warranty is made that:
- Every fact will be complete, accurate, or current
- Access will be continuous or error free
- The service will be free from defects or security risks
- A partner result will be complete or matched to the correct person
Government contacts and records change. Charges may be amended, dismissed, sealed, or expunged. Only the originating official office can confirm current record content.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
Links and tools can lead to government websites, courts, agencies, statutes, legal resources, advertisers, and search providers outside this site's control. Their operators set their own fees, availability, terms, privacy practices, and content. Review those rules before use.
8. Intellectual Property
Text, graphics, logos, and code are owned by Christian County Criminal History or the applicable content partner. Except where law permits, they may not be copied, modified, distributed, republished, or used to create another work without prior written permission.
9. Limits on Our Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Christian County Criminal History and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from site use, inability to use it, reliance on content, or use of a linked service.
10. Indemnification
A visitor agrees to defend and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from that visitor's misuse, unlawful conduct, or breach of these terms.
11. Governing Law
Kentucky law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from use of the site must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kentucky.
12. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be revised as site practices or legal requirements change. A new version takes effect when posted unless it states another effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
13. Cutting Off Access
Access may be suspended, limited, or terminated without advance notice when necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, address risk, or for another lawful operational reason.
14. Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or revised only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
15. Questions
Questions concerning these terms can be directed through the Contact page.
